Now we will switch on How to prevent Corona virus infection by Ayurveda ?

Ayurveda is India’s Ancient Science of life. Ayurveda deals with prevention and cure of diseases.

In general, we can say that By following Ayurvedic life style, behavior & proper diet, we can prevent all types of infectious diseases.

It is said that if your immunity is good then you will be free from the diseases.

According to Ayurveda, immunity is totally depends on Agni. Agni means digestion capacity of a person. Now how you can know, that your digestion capacity is normal?

Simply you can observe that, if you are getting proper hunger, very good sleep and  you are getting motions every day, immediately after waking up in the morning, then you can say that your digestion capacity is normal.

Now further digestion capacity is depends upon your lifestyle, behavior and proper diet. In short we can say that if your digestion capacity is fine, then, your immunity will be fine.

Another important aspect to control infectious disease is, to control heat in your body. If heat in your body is more, then you are more prone to you get infectious diseases.

In Ayurveda it is called as increase in Pitta dosha. For example Acidity is one of the disease due to increased pitta  Dosha which causes increase in heat of the body.

To regulate heat in the body, again we need to modify your lifestyle, behavior and diet according to Ayurveda.

Now we will discuss about Ayurvedic lifestyle. It is called as dincharya means daily regimen. Everyone needs to wake up at early morning that is before sunrise. At least 6 am in the morning.

Which causes early evacuation of bladder and bowel, also reduces heat from the body and improves digestion capacity. In order to wake up early, you need to sleep early at least before 11:00 p.m.

If you are working, late at night, then, the heat it in the body will be increased more.

Try to avoid black coffee, black tea, lemon tea and green tea. All these types of teas can increase heat in the body.

 Instead of this, you can simply take, warm water, buttermilk, cow milk, salads

Avoid more drinking of tea. Half cup tea or coffee will be good in whole 24 hours. Take the tea or anything what I told earlier; around at 6:30 a.m.

 take the breakfast in between 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

take the lunch in between 12. 30 to 1 p.m.

take the dinner before sunset, if not possible then take dinner at least  3 hours before sleep.

If you are hungry at 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. then you can take fruits.

If you follow this, then, it is good to control heat in the body.

Avoid all types of hot drinks that contain alcohol in excess, because it increases heat much more as compared to diet.

Avoid  all types of spices,  Red  and green chillies,  ginger,  garlic sauce, tomato sauce, long time preserved food, fermented food, junk food, fast food, bread and  any type of food which increases heat,  acidity that is pitta Dosha in your body.  Change your diet pattern and behavior according to seasonal variations, which are suitable for you.

In Ayurveda, Amla juice that is juice of Indian gooseberry is best, to improve your digestion capacity to keep you young and healthy. So you can take freshly prepared Amla juice  & aloe vera juice each 20 ml every day, in the morning. You can also take Basil seeds it is also called as tukmaria.  in India it is called as a  Subja seeds. take 3 grams of Basil seeds,  keep it in 30 ml water for 15 minutes and then drink it at night,  after food. Do gargling daily with turmeric and salt decoction

 This three things that is Amla juice,  aloevera juice and Basil seeds are very much important to rejuvenate the body, to reduce heat,  acidity and improves digestion  capacity,  ultimately helping to improve your immunity and keeps you away from infectious disease like corona.

Reduce your stress by doing Yoga & meditation. Quit smoking.
